I called on a Monday morning and received a homeowners quote, and the next morning I called them back to buy the policy.I left a message with my rep that I wanted to purchase the policy and to please call me back.

Waited over 24 hours, and no call back.

I called them and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that I can not speak with one and got transferred to a different department.I then asked the second person to have a supervisor call me, and instead got a call back from a sales rep!

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Ameriprise Insurance. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Ameriprise Insurance to offer any options to resolve the issue.
