I was rear ended by someone they insure. My back bumper was cracked on impact.

I got 5 estimates and even went to one of their preferred shops, and got an average price of around $1000 to $1,100. They offered to give me $750 to replace everything in the back of my car (bmper cover, absorber, reinforcer, etc.). My dad wants to fix it himself since hes had problems with other body shops, and called a factory ahead of time to find out the costs. He wants new authentic parts, but its not a law to give brand new parts.

He then figured out how much it would cost for used parts after his lawyer friend told him that. It will come out to at least $1,000. We are only asking for $250 more, but my assigned rep is being a **** about giving us the money since i have a car that is the year 2001. My car might have shipped paint on the outside, but every major part was replaced with all the back parts being the original parts.

It has already dragged on for 3 months, but i will wait it out to get the correct compensation.

Do not get this company as yours either, as i have read the reviews on here, as should you. 75 positive and over a hundred negative.

Reason of review: crappy policy .

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: right amount of compensation. .
